What I Treat

Some of what we'll focus on will include, but are not limited to:

  • Imposter syndrome

  • People pleasing

  • Low self-esteem

  • Romantic or relational conflict

  • Parent/Child conflict

  • Burnout

  • Complex trauma

  • Racial trauma

  • Religious trauma

  • Colonial mentality

  • Boundary setting

  • Self-sabotage

  • Identity work

It is important for you to know that in our time together, I will always consider the importance of intersectional, political, and sociocultural factors that can inform your lived experience. While I am clinically trained to provide psychological interventions, I also deeply understand that systemic forces such as power, privilege, and oppression affect us all. Whether these dynamics have harmed or benefited you, our work together will explore their potential impact on your life. It is my hope that, through this deeply personal process, your identity will be seen, affirmed, and validated.

  • Existential dread

  • Codependency Issues

  • Social isolation

  • Feeling unseen and unheard

  • Finding passion in your work

  • Familial pressure

  • Academic pressure and overwhelm

  • Decision fatigue

  • Over-analyzing and “analysis paralysis”

  • Grief and loss

  • Life transitions

  • Cultural dissonance

The most important conversations we can have are the ones that are most difficult to have.”
